You tools need 8 cylinders and 9 litres to make 1000 HP, whereas in Japan, you need 4 and about 2.2 at a max. the 3.0 in a 2jz will make this Duster-cluster fuck shit it's pants. oh wait it would break down first because of shitty American engineering. not to mention this probably only gets like 1 MPG. my honda gets 30.

Thanks for all of the comments! The car back then had a F1R Procharger in it. With 3.73 gears. Leaf spring suspension with a stock 8.75 housing. The car went high 8's on the leaf springs. It now has twin turbos and goes low eights with a mild tune. We will go for the 7's in the fall.

@RifleMarksman1 because whoever did the tags is wrong because its obviously a turbo car. anybody who knows anything about forced induction knows that superchargers be they centrifugal or not dont make whistling noises when they spool down. and what is wrong with a turbo? its a much more efficent way of making boost, and provides a much faster spool than a supercharger and makes MUCH more power per pound of boost and so on and apparently its not worthy enough? you arent a true gearhead

@faded2blak 1/2 If i may add input....What you say is true and i am not doubting any knowlage you may have but superchargers DO infact make whistling noises but they have to be VERY large (such as ones used to make 1000 hp) But if there is no supercharger the dyno itself will make noises like the ones we hear. Now i dont know about you but if i had a duster there would be no way in hell i would put a turbo system on my engine (out of practical reasons) so its either a supercharger or all motor.
