This bread is sinfully delicious and one of my favorites. I've made it at least ten times and I can't get enough. One of the best recipes for quick bread.

does it have to be all purpose flour? my family's tummies don't do well with white flour, so we only use wheat.

You are such a diva and yes you can cook, I love your grandma's easy quick dinner yeast rolls. I used that recipe for a lunch and boy did that go over good. The ladies was so complimentary about those rolls. I told them that I watched your video and went by every step. Boy your grandma's hand a blessing to your hand. I am going to try your zucchini bread recipe. I rate your recipes high to the highest.

Thank you for this recipe, i just made it with some of my own adjustments. i replaced half the oil with applesauce, they came out so delicious and it was such an easy recipe. My nephews are coming over next weekend and i think this is a wonderful recipe that they can bake. easy enough for kids to cook. . will post my own video, thank you so much for sharing and i love your blog!

MMMMMMMM My mom and I love Zucchini bread it's so yummy and it pairs great with almost anything! Looking at this video we reeeeaaaalllllyyyy wanna make some now!! only problem is its sooo hot !! I have NEVER heard of Zucchini bread!!!! I will have to try it. It looks like it taste really good. Question.......Is more like a bannana nut bread or is it like bread you would eat while eating dinner or a salad or something?

@futnyors It's a sweet bread with hints of cinnamon....kinda like banana bread. You can't taste the zucchini at all. My toddler thinks it's cake lol
