  • You watch this video and then you realize what all the younger generation of people missed out on... a great runnin tractor. on my farm we have 2 6080's a 7045 and a 170 and soon to be a 7080

  • I AM I ALWAYS WILL BE ALLIS CHALMERS FOREVER I have a 1967 d15 series 2 my pride........

  • Nice

  • I dont know how I can miss my allis chalmers any when I farm now. I started with a 7060 with duals and a Gleaner F. I now run deeres. I almost bought a gleaner last year just for fun.

  • @abc123bengi it sure looks like a 7000 series tractor with a different grill

  • whats the tractor at 1:31?

  • what model is the tractor at 1:11 ?

  • @aglbwest I cant really tell.. but it looks like it says Agco Allis on the side

  • @aglbwest

that is a 7000 series tractor prototype, when they were determining a paint-decal scheme. most of the tinwork looks production, except the grille.

  • my dad had a one-ninety xt. great tractor

  • that 7080 at 3:25. does it have front wheel assist?

  • I just realized upon watching this again that i have the exact same sign displayed at about 16 seconds in

  • nice sounds like john fogerty :P lovley video allis chalmers will always be the best american machines

  • guys my b is for sale, im looking at a w-d, one day when im at least 14 im gonna get a d-21

  • great video! i have 3 D17's a project WC, 200, 7010, 7020, 8070, and a 5020, we also have a 98 Gleaner R52 which is a great combine!! nothing beats an allis chalmers!! Someday i hope to own a 4W-305, D21 and a 7080

  • @goraczkowski For many years, An uncle of mine ran a D-17 pulling a 3-bottom

plow. The tractor was eventually sold to a restorer. Could this same 3-bottom plow be used on WD45 ? Thank-you

  • @magnaflowedramx4 Yes i think so the only limiting factor might be weight we have a 3 bottom plow for our D17 and its a decent load on a tractor with weights... The WD 45 and the D17 actually had about the same 226ci motor in them so yes i believe that the same plow could be used on a WD45. I don't know if you are familiar with the Snap Coupler hitch that many of the earlier D17's had but i think some plows were pulled with those and a WD45 had that system too they were a very similar tractor!

  • @magnaflowedramx4 my guess would be yes...but that is just from what i read

  • @magnaflowedramx4 my guess would be yes...but that is just from what i read. no personal experience

  • I been looking for a CA Allis Chalmers,,but three weeks ago bought a 1949-B

  • we got a 7580 185 and a 5050 that just go forever!!

  • we have a 7080 and it is going on and on !!!!!!

  • i like seeing all of these 4wd's instead of the run of the mill wd's and d7's in everybody's fencerow

  • I grew up with an old WC Allis Chalmers out in Uvalde County, Texas. I can open my desk drawer right now and show you the head end of a valve that broke off of the stem and rattled around in the cylinder chamber for a few seconds before I could get it shut down. The only thing that I have left is that old valve head. Makes a darn good paper weight now.

  • just today i finished fixing up my family's 1950's allis chalmers WD. we still use our wd45 to till the fields. finishing up the fields around 9 at night coming back to the house at night and the exaust manafold glowing red and flames coming out the stack. such a great tractor

  • Thanks for this video, even though there are probably more pictures than actual tractors-the older ones that is, I still am thrilled to see them. AC was all my dad and grandpa ever used and many or these tractors are a lot newer than what they had, I like seeing them. When I could finally push the clutch all the way in was when my dad let me start driving. I was 9 or 10 at the time and had a tight hold on the steering wheel, stretching my leg as hard as I could. Yes, I was a tomboy,no regrets!

  • I have great respect for the D21 II and the 210 220 tractors, from there it doesn't really matter. Neighbor had a 7060 that was apart more than it ran and an L2 that ate the feeder house chains within the first hour off the truck new!!

  • well a John Deere dealer must have done somethin to your nebors 7060 and his L2!!!!!!

  • 7060 had no seal on the air filter & it never really recovered from that. he wanted another machine but they wouln't go. after the L2 incident he went (yuke) blue tractor green combine. I liked the 7060 and the trans setup but he couldn't keep one end or the other together on the mtr. bottom then top, back & forth. truly, I miss the days of manufacturers besting one another, now they rip u blind keeping this good old stuff on the job.

  • @thegreenerthemeaner That's not typical. I love my 7050 and L2. Both great machines and have hardly done a thing to the 7050 in the 15 years I've been running it. The L2 I bought last year and the raddle chain went through harvest fine. Sound like your brother had bad luck with that 7060. My buddy's Dad got a 7060 new when he couldn't get a Deere at the time (70s tractor shortage). he loved it and then bought an M2. He was all Deere before then. Problem today is no dealerships. Stupid AGCO!

  • My brother has a AC 7060. It was sold to South Africa but is now in the Netherlands, Europe. The tractor needs some repairs but he has no time to do that. I think he MUST make some time to do that.

  • I work across the street from the old factory in West Allis and all that's left is a cheesy plaque. Someone needs to make a monument with an actual tractor on it and a history of why they failed. Allis Chalmers' history is one repeated all to often in Wisconsin industrial history.

  • what are the names of those 2 songs?

  • the first one is looking out my back door by CCR and the second one is fortunate son by CCR

  • my grandpa had a gleaner l2. Im a case man by i respect gleaners ive ran one before and it'ill beat the hell out of a deere

  • those 7000-7080 were bullet proof tractors, my buddy has a 7010, and a 7045. i got an old little wc

  • @700wildcat

oh yeah wats your buddies name i know a guy who has the same two

  • ALLIS CHALMERS FOREVER

  • @allischalmersforlife agreed wd r good

  • @allischalmersforlife

    orange power 4 ever :P

  • I'm a Massey Ferguson guy, but I have alot of respect for A-C. Agco really needs to bring them back. A little G with some cultivators is just what my garden needs. Great video!!

  • I have a Allis-Chalmers tractor. Its a smaller one and it doesn't sit as high as all the ones in these pictures. It's a 1984 i believe. This thing sat for like 3 years because it needed a new front tire and we didn't really need it. It literally fired up within 30 seconds of turning over!!

  • Now we have Kubota, Manhidra, Kioti, and Belarus. What a country!

  • Thanks for all the Views, Good Comments and Ratings!!!

  • LONG LIVE THE AC!

  • love the WD45

  • great video I love Allis-Chalmers!!!!!
