I just listened to both versions back to back, and I think I prefer the smoother vocal delivery on Something About Airplanes, but they're still both really good.

What happened to death cab? did they simply grow up?, because I can't hardly attribute their post plans/transatlanticism sound to artistic evolvement . Their music had so much more substance back then.
