FYI, Several of the "Gluten Free" websites I've been using to get my recipes from say that Bob's Red Mill is not the best for baking because it's too grainy. You may want to try Wilderness Family Naturals, Benefit Your Life or Aloha Nu Organic if you don't enjoy the grainier texture. :) Thanks for the recipe!
Is the texture like bread that's made with regular flour? I've tried almond flour bread and flax flour bread and didn't care for the texture, it was really dense and had an odd texture I can't really describe. Thank you.
@HCGBigGirlNot I understand that if you leave breads made with coconut flour in the fridge over night, the sweet coconut flavor and egginess diminishes quite a bit. Also, the texture is apparently much more agreeable.

Just baked it and love it!
The only thing I want to ask... 1 CUP of EVOO (Extra virgin olive oil)?! I used 1/4 cup.

has anyone tried it yet. is it sweet and have you tried it in one pan for a taller bread. also will it toast in the toaster when sliced

@octavalgenie It is sweet, even wo stevia. Coconut flour tasted like sweet fine fiberous ground grain,...i dont know how else to describe it.
ive never toasted it, it was gone before i could experiment with it, lol
be expecting an oilier eggier bread, it reminded me of french toast ...

I just made your recipe. Gonna taste it tomorrow.
Looks very deflated (not very good height). I was wondering. Have you ever put the whole thing in one bread pan?
