*SPOILERS AHEAD!* Sephy isn't even "evil" it's more like he just went insane after finding out he really wasnt a human being and his "Mom" was Jenova. His real mom was Lucretcea (idk if thats how u spell her name) and his father was Hojo. In fact, Hojo was probably more evil than Sephy was. The only time Sephy wanted to destroy the planet to absorb the lifestream was AFTER he found out about Jenova. Hojo was an evil/mad scientist to the end.

no, this is his real theme. One-Winged angel is the Safer Sephiroth theme, thats why it only plays during the final battle with Sephiroth. People mistake One-Winged angel as his theme but its not.

Some characters have more than one theme. Though it's more accepted that One Winged Angel is his main theme, because it fits his character.

This theme was mostly played when he did something evil. One Winged Angel was played when it was him and Cloud one on one which is another reason why it would be seen more has his true theme.

This came before One Winged Angel and was originally intended as his theme, which is why it plays during the final battle between Sephiroth (When Cloud uses omnislash to kill him)

How can you people say that Kefka was a better villian than Sephiroth? Ive played both games when I was a kid and Sephiroth was the only character who really scared me. I felt uneasy when he appeared and was scared to fight him. Sephiroth is cold and calculated. Look at the smile on his face when he kills Aries in this video.
