I don't know how the equation works out. I think it is more ignorance of what the causes are. Then you can decide - what they do with the correct information. Save one HELL-of -a- lot of operations. Are you an upper cervical specific? Are you part of upcspine? Are you paying close attention to the occipital atlantoaxial region? Do you do use x rays? Can you determine if another adjustment is needed or not?
Are you aware that the atlas should be level and centered and untwisted in a neutral position under the foramen magnum?

The problem is greed. Mainstream medicine has no incentive or desire to help people. They are only concerned with maximizing profits.
If people learn how to take care of themselves they won't be needed and won't get as much profit.
