While this requires great skill, and I have massive respect for this player, playing something like that at that speed just doesnt sound like music. Now obviously he was showcasing a technical skill, not giving a recital, but just saying that glorifying this type of thing is not good for music.

you generaly have to have a good reed and a good oboe to make a good sound and for the middle C try puting some of the fingers on your right hand down .I have also been able to finger the low C below the staff and use my embouchure to make the middle one come out, it sounds amazing but it is hard to find places in music where i can use the fingering.hope this helped.
