I guess i shouldn't have gotten into this show. I was just too much into the show and i was seriously crushed when he killed Rita. They were suppose to go to Disney World dammit! Oh well, i wonder what's next for Dexter now. I heard they'll have a series of Dexter when he's younger.
that fucking neighbour needs to die. so yeah, that reporter is pretty hot, but if she shot deb she needs to be put down. and rita, for fuck's sake you have dexter. hope dexter kills that fucker.
Who would have thought director John Dahl would be able to top his other brilliant episode of series four 'Dex Takes a Holiday'. But by jove he has with this episode Hungry Man. Mr Dahl is one of the most talented directors working today and while cinema truly misses him, television can learn from him.
The turn in Ep9 is pretty insane! So far, this season is pretty damn good. That said, it feels like they're changing the overall formula a little for the show while at the same time recycling material. Dexter seems more likable to me, not quite as weird/ creepy. Also, I gotta agree with longerthanaweek, I'm so close to fast forwarding through any scene with Baptista or LaGuerta. I don't think too many ppl give a shit about this weak subplot. Oh yeah, Rita pissed me off =)
Its obvious who killed Lundi and shot Deb. It was Deb's boyfriend. Reason, if you remember Deb plainly said that "Lundi had this look on his face like he was APOLOGIZING"
I always thought Lundi knew Dexter was the Bay Harbor Butcher. Reason being is when they closed the case he just said "The evidence is Compelling" He knew but didnt care because Dexter killed murderer's. Lundi had say the only time killing someone is justified is to save a life to Dexter in season 2.
First of all, it's Lundy with a y. Second, Anton is a stoner musician with no violent priors. He wouldn't of shot an FBI agent and his own girlfriend just because of jealousy. Also, he's noticeably taller than Deb or Masuka.
I agree about the BHB comment - you could always tell throughout Season 2 that Lundy recognized who Dexter really was. I think he would've caught Dexter if the evidence was there, though.
He did have evidence against Dexter but he told him about it. It was when he told Dexter about them having put the camera up at the marina and I am pretty sure that is after they found out the link to all the Bay Harbor Butcher dead bodies was that they were murderers.
"Lundy" spotted Trinity immediately and knew who he was so I know he knew who Dexter was. It was also obvious that Trinity did not shoot them. I feel Trinity bumped into Lundy out of respect that he found him.
Wow, I'm thinking back to all those scenes (especially when Dex and Lundy first meet, where Lundy says "I know who you are" and the traincar scene) and it makes sense that Lundy knew all along...
The traincar scene really was what got me realizing Lundy knew. Even in this season when Lundy came back he told Dexter about having access to a blood spatter guy of his "Caliber" If I remember right he paused before saying Caliber.
Maybe I take things for more than what they mean but there is a lot of stuff said and the manner which they were said that makes me realize Lundy knew. It just really pissed me off when he died and it never went into detail about it. I guess its part of the mystery
also i just watched S4E4 "Living the Dream", where Lundy walks in to the room with Masuka and Dexter and Masuka says "Yeah, LFI on the BHB" to Lundy. Lundy looks at Dexter right after he says "BHB". Weird.
okay all of you are wrong. it was QUINN. because the reporter couldnt have killed lundy in one shot and know exactly where to shoot deb to know she wouldn't die. quinn is also the same height as masuka and they determined that someone around that height had to have shot them. AND in episode 5 when lundy and deb are discovered, quinn was the first one on the scene.
Whoever said it was Arhur's son who shot Lundy is right on. He's ROTC (must know how to use a gun), he's the right height, and judging by this preview he's clearly controlled and abused by his dad.
Dexter will know something is going on he does have emotion's as the other episode showed. But i wonder how he'll deal with it beat the guy to a pulp for messing with his wife i hope. Honestly Quin is doing what doak's did we all know what happend to him. His enemies always meet violent end's even if it's not him doing it.

However, I don't know how he will handle the relationship between Rita and himself. I honestly don't think he needs her. What he does need is the children, without them Dexter will truly become a monster.

It's interesting how this preview doesn't have any Dexter's monologue, which would mean next ep won't be as character driven?
There also aren't much scenes that suggest Dexter and Trinity will have an "epic confrontation" like the other previews.
What would Trinity be like with no more "remorse?"
