  • Dude I fucking love this video. To sing and play is such a hard thing to do, and you can pull it off along with the guitar playing but I love it because you aren't quite there yet. I can't pull off what your doing yet combining the two. its impossible, but you gotta keep that shit up. You definitely have possibility for something big. Keep posting video's and keep pushing yourself. I fucking love it.

  • @smmmokin Hi, Man. Happy that you've liked this version. I'm particularly happy cause this song is one of my prefered songs in Bowie's repertory. I'm a big Bowie's fan, got 16 vynils, 3 DVDs of his shows (1 of those 3 DVDs got 5 shows), all the albums I had and I've had a gift, all Bowie had put on the web, so 17 CDs with all his songs classified by years they ahd been written, so when I search 1 of his songs, I always find it. Thanks a lot for your comment, hope to read you again. Later. BYE !

  • HAHAHAHAH, my friend! you have no idea, what i plant on you now! i have to come back to this song, because, remember the concert i recently attended? they did a FANTASTIC version of THIS song. and i had this "carry the news" song in my ears ever since. now that i realized that it's bowie, i think you DEFINITIVELY should check out their version: /watch?v=HnrMmJRehsw#t=1m33s starts directly with the song when you click on it! :)

  • @thekeyboarddude :Hi, mate ! I don't understand, you told me that it comes from the Canon Rock, and now, it's like if you've discovered that this song is from Bowie???Or you've heard it at the concert, and now you realize that it's Bowie's song ? But when someone send me a link like you've done, it doesn't work, don't know why, I'll try, but it never works...I love this song too, since a night I've heard it in my car when I was coming back home after a fiesta, I was "broken in twelve"...Later !

  • @lorenzino1 yes until that particular concert i did not recognize the song for being such a catchy tune, and i immediately remembered that YOU uploaded it and we had the talk about the canon. well, when i send you a link like this /watch?v=HnrMmJRehsw#t=1m33s all you have to do is write "youtube.com" in your browser and add the link after it, so it will become a whole youtube link....right? then you can watch it! :)

  • @thekeyboarddude Mate, you know, I'm not a pro. but I know how to use a link, I do exaxctly like you've said but it doesn't work. I've tried just 1mn ago. If you told me the name of the song, I just have to write that name in the "Search" place, & listen to it, it's more simple. It must be my computer that doen't work well, even if I don't think that it's the reason why it doesn't work...I can follow a link when I just have to clic on it to have the video.Tell me the name of that video. Later !

  • @lorenzino1 then it's the country thing! links who work for germany sometimes not work in austria, and maybe neither in france, or somewhere else. also it is so annoying when you can not watch a video because of the copyright bullshit. anyhow, the video is named "Stumpen, Buzz Dee und Ally in Leipzig Part 6 (MB 20.01.2011)" and the song starts at 1 minute 33 seconds! i hope it works! enjoy!

  • not hard to tell that this song is based on the greatest piece of music ever written, the canon in d by pachelbel, especially in the intro i heard it!

  • @thekeyboarddude :Hi, man ! I was almost sure that you will comment this video, and you're probably right, for where does this song comes ; I've never thought of that, but the intro, like you've said, is like the canon. Personnally, I've knew this song before hearing the canon, so I've never compared the 2 songs. Your comment makes me happy, thanks for it. I've compared the 2 songs, and you teached me something new...Well done, my friend ! Later ! BYE !

  • @lorenzino1

ok, this will be a rant: you know, to me the canon in D is a MIRACLE. what must this man have felt to create this music? 6-7 notes as a construct and then around them he arranged pure musical bliss! johann pachelbel must have been touched by god himself! and i am not a man of faith to say this! to me the canon is like the ultimate experience in music. either pachelbel was a mathematical genius or in a deep spiritual extasy when he wrote it.

  • did u know that the canon is like the most copied musical pattern in history? you find this chord pattern in SOOOOOOOOO many songs, not only starting with D, but also in other major chords. with the canon you see what simplicity can achieve....5-6 notes is all you need to create...well as i said, to me, the greatest piece of music ever.

  • @thekeyboarddude :Hi ! I answer to your 2 last comments here, to tell you that I've knew this song, and many others before hearing the canon, so I don't know many things about that music. And to tell you the truth, I don't really like the canon, it's like if the song had been written to show to the listeners "look what I can do with a guitar". It engages just myself, but that's what I think. And the worst is that I don't find the canon very melodious, so I'll never even try to learn it. BYE !

  • @lorenzino1

ohhhh no, you are mistaken, THAT version is the CANON ROCK by a taiwanese guy named Jerry C. ;) this here is the original one and its classical music: youtube.com/watch?v=hOA-2hl1Vbc and if you don't like, ok....you are entitled to your own opinion! ;)

  • @thekeyboarddude :Hi, mate ! I know the "Canon Rock", but don't really like, cause it sounds like "look what I can do with a guitar !". I like the melody of the "Canon", but won't even try to play it. Too much work for a song that I just like a little bit, but wouldn't even listen to it more than once ! I've heard it played by a young guitarist, that had 50.000 views/day for it. He's French, and is really playing well, particularly the "Canon".Just to follow your advice, I'll watch it ! BYE !

  • @lorenzino1

true, you mean Matthieu aka MattRach, the french guy with thei guitar....he has become "worldfamous" for it. well, to each his own, you stick with the good old classic rock songs, i enjoy them just as much!

  • @thekeyboarddude :Right, I had forgotten his name. He plays really well, partuicularly the "canon". I've 1st saw him on TV, playing it. And like you said, he's becoming famous in the whole word and is very young...We're connected at the same time, that's cool, I can answer to you, thinking that you'll read my message just after I'll write it, & I can read what you write immediatly. Have a nice day, and we stay in touch, as usual. Later !

  • @lorenzino1 that's the internet, a miracle of communication, friend! yeah i hope youre having a good one, too!

  • @zhzhupet :Salut, Sab ! Bises. BYE !

  • Well done sounds great

  • @Sunambra :Hi ! A big thanks to you for that comment. Like I've written, this song isn't one of my prefered ones, but a song that I've enjoyed to hear when I was in my car, that's why I wanted to upload a cover of it. Hope to read you again. Thanks again. BYE !

  • hi ! i like this song and your play. thanx to upload this. :D

  • @KossPaul :Hi ! Thanks for the comment, I'm happy to read what you've written. This song, like you, I like it too, but can't say that it's one of my prefered one(I prefer songs like "Lady Stardust", "Drive-in saturday", "Five years", & so many of his songs, but I've listened to it in my car, 2 days ago, and had decided to upload a version. There's only 1 Chord that's not so easy to play, but this song isn't so difficult to play. Singing is more difficult., for some parts of the song. Later. BYE!

  • je ne la connaissais pas cette là......merci laurent !

j'ai beaucoup aimé ton intro ........petit solo ............

    bien joué man !

  • @durbecos :Salut, Chris !

A bientôt, amigo ! BYE !
