The anthingy breif wiew in the bamboo is most likely a the collinsi form of Yellow-breasted Warbling Antbird. The dotted wingbar and seemingly yellowish underneath are the field marks I see, apart that the bill and tail-length also fit this species. Furthermore, the habitat - bamboo tangles is perfect.
