  • This is an extremely important aspect of black life (especially black men!)to keep our bodies and minds in shape....martial arts or some form is also essential for our development! Great video!

  • Great video. Salute to you and to all who train hard. Also, agreed. Legs are supremely important for so many reasons, including that, along with the chest and lats, they comprise the body's major muscle group. Balanced and thorough development of those 3 groups will go a good ways towards good strength and a good physique (assuming diet and cardio in order).

  • me & my sister started (dec) exercising more (personal trainer 2 days a wk, at gym, at home); we work every part of our bodies.

  • @GeorgeLRockwell87 well on that particular exercise i did 2 warm up sets of 10 reps and 3 working sets of 30 reps

  • Cool. Going to hit the gym and work on legs today myself.

    How many reps/sets do you do?

  • i just started jogging again.
