Great video. Salute to you and to all who train hard. Also, agreed. Legs are supremely important for so many reasons, including that, along with the chest and lats, they comprise the body's major muscle group. Balanced and thorough development of those 3 groups will go a good ways towards good strength and a good physique (assuming diet and cardio in order).

me & my sister started (dec) exercising more (personal trainer 2 days a wk, at gym, at home); we work every part of our bodies.
