Even though this is a wonderful performance, Van's original gives you the feeling that the song is getting faster and faster towards the end. This quality is not present in this interpretation. Just something I noticed :) Still, this is great song, no matter what.

I've got all five seasons, if you want to watch something thought provoking, and is possibly the best police drama then watch this, because you will not be disappointed.
