I am an animal lover, and He never even hit the dear. he scared it out of his yard and away from people. sounds like a good thing to me. P.s. ive also been hit with paint balls, and unless there really cold its no big deal...thats on skin, a deer has thick fur. give the kid a break and look into real animal abuse.
