Hello chef - we tried the recipe today but added cream, ground almonds and ground cashew nuts to make it a bit richer. The colour, texture and flavour were all excellent. My brother (who usually does not like paneer dishes as he thinks they are bland and not very filling) said it was not only good, but really, really nice - that's high praise coming from him! Thanks for sharing and my family looks forward to trying more recipes in future.
very nice and thanks for an easier recipe. Honey (shehad) should never be cooked - it becomes poisonous according to Ayurveda. Add it at the end, off the fire.
in order to not become fat. Honestly it doesnt make a huge difference. If your throwing in a lot of butter into it, then your not eating indian food, your basically eating american food.
@hareramable : you can make Kababs or tikkis in this kind of Pan. This works as an indoor grill. If you are a non-vegetarian then you can grill chicken, beef, etc. For more recipes do a search on our very own...Google!!
