Probably irrigating with a temperature about 27-34 degrees and watertemperature from about 10 degrees, so delta 3. That means that only 33% is functional water. Giving 30mm means 10mm functional irrigating. And with 7 mm evaporation it is a waste of money spending 12 liter diesel an hour......Which you proably need for 5 hours/ 1,5acre.
