Boy it was cold, the water was rising at this time from snow melt in the mountains. There were still patches of snow on the ground around the spot we were dredging.The water was about 38 degrees.It was a blast though, it always is when you are looking for gold. You don't let things like cold bother you.
Looks like a real nice area, Maine is a beautiful state and I hear you guys up there have some nice gold also... Good Luck in this new year...
