  • Hey ...Sorry, I just saw your comment. This song was originally written by a "The Band" ..it's called "The Weight". Been around for a long time. Eric just does this song in his live show. But if you don't have Eric Church's album Sinners Like Me... you should go out and buy it! It's a great CD! Steve
