It's best to make it simple and live by the Golden Rule, then don't worry about
anything. I saw that movie you were talking about. I can't remember the name of it, but he was riding a cool Norton Commando. I knew what the message was that the movie was trying to convey. I found it a bit predictable, so a bit boring. I felt more sorry for the bike than the guy. That's just me though.
There's a lot of truth to what you're saying. I believe there's many people that think that way, they just don't act on it. "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" might be a good read for ya, if you want to expand on the idea. Billma touched on it in his "Road to Gumption" series. Good vid!
@JimNtexas I did not know Jimmy Buffet as a great philosopher but maybe a simpleton. Life is short and usually shorter for motorcycle riders. To most people life is cheap.
@JimNtexas Jim, I plan to use you as a measuring stick. If I can live as long as you, I will count myself blessed. Even though you are a bit more hardcore than me.lol
Motovloggers like us that live life every day? Whatchu talking about, Willis? You ride the same damn road in every motovlog, that doesn't sound very adventurous! Haha I'm kidding man, I'm one of those that do not live life...and I hope to change that about me soon. Great video.
@ToastToGo HAHA, I seriously need to start taking a different route to work. Crap and the next two videos are on the same damn road. Maybe my winning personality will overcome the crappy scenery.
I gotta comment further on this vid. U sound like me. I always do vids telling people to go out and live life. To travel and experience everything u can while u can. Check out my vlog called "vlog of life" and i think youll agree u and i have similar opinions. Again ill repeat that the movie u couldnt remember is called One Week. Society wants 2 throw us all in little boxes and most do whats expected of them and not what they want. By the time they wake up their 2 old 2 do it anymore. Very sad.
@woodenchairs The saddest thing is that people always tend to doubt their own potential. I guess its our society or something. They need to understand that "will" overcomes everything, including money.

@BrianWest58 Yeah, I think it is a common sentiment among vloggers.

In 'One Week' the old guy selling the Norton says 'It's just a blink from diapers to depends'. There's a lot of truth to that.
Our time on earth is really very, very short, as the great Philosopher Jimmy Buffet says 'Spinnin’ around in circles, livin’ it day to day
And still 24 hours, maybe 60 good years...it’s really not that long a stay...'.
Make the most of the time you have.
