The real actor who play Zombo was famous on radio in the 1930's 40's...one of the many washed up radio guys who went to tv...he was great as ZOMBO!

The secret to making those action figures increase in value is NOT TO OPEN THEM, keep plastic on... I did it with Happy Meal and Burger kid happy meal stuff and I've not opened some and it's ten years later and they are worth more with closed packaging. Have you oepned packages?

Grampas spells rarely worked as intended.

He spent a lot of time trapped in some animal form and bitter that his grandaughter didn't marry better.

The entire premise is lame, the dragon "Spot" and supercharged Kitty Cat were ridiculous: But Gwynne, DeCarlo and Lewis pulled it off because they were having so much fun with it.

Herman had childlike joy and optimism. Gwynne and Lewis could make any absurd storyline fun. Kind of like the old Batman show.
