@Jman2268 it already is happening. I live in Olympia and there are tons of new alternative typ bands in Seattle Olympia Portland and everywhere. Check out a show of some locals bands in your town and chances are youll be seeing something really influenced by this kind of thing. Hopefully it wont get overblown like it the 90's, it wasnt meant to be sold out.

No comparrison! Soundgarden is so much better than Nickelback. I dont like to knock on bands but Nickelback is a bad ripoff of Van Halen! While I do appreciate that...Nothing will ever rip off Van Halen when they were on. And im talking about the Diamond Dave days. You can have at it on the Van Hagar days. OU812 was great after that they sucked! Soundgarden had such a unique and fresh style of music when they came out.
