Im a VU-fan and I must say that I really liked this cover. This is brave in many ways: first of all brave to even take a shot at Heroin, then its brave to use that kind of instruments.

I liked it very much, good voice as well. Not like Lou Reeds, but no one sings like Lou Reed.

Great...Hard to do this song with a one man band and for it to sound interesting, it is just a D and a G after all, it is all in the build-up and the rhythm, and you did provide the necessary dynamic range. A little noise towards the end would have been great, but this cover is fantastic nonetheless. Great cover of an amazing song.

I realized that it was almost impossible to put more noise playin' alone...that's why i chose to use the Sitar sound and keep the rythm slower than the original :)

Without John Cale's Viola i couldn't do much :D

Si é un pò che me ne sono accorto...mi riesce abbastanza bene di cambiare voce a seconda del pezzo...ma come faccio mica lo so :D

Comunque no, é tutta suonata, ma c'è solo uno strumento eh...ho una chitarra LINE6 che riproduce suoni di 7 chitarre più altri strumenti. Ho semplicemente usato il suono del sitar e ho abbassato un pochino gli alti, tutto prima di registrare! :)
