@fluffyanglekiller There are few different ways. I know one way is a random encounter. There will be a nearly killed deathclaw and a dead wastelander nearbye. The Wastelander will have the schematics. I cant remember who but I think you can buy it from a trader. (I know its not Moria Brown so dont try her)

-a deathclaw hand (good luck in killing one)

-a medical brace

-a leather belt

-and a wonderglue

does devestating damage, combined with a high crititcal hit rate and can instantly cripple a limb with a charged hit

but this weapon is not available for purchase or construction in fallout new vegas TT_TT

You get the mask if you do the tenpenny tower mission but help the ghouls be accepted by the residents. You have to talk to the head ghoul in the subway and then go back to the tower and talk to the owner and he will agree to let the ghouls move in if you can convince 5 of the tenants to agree. You then have to talk to all 5 tenants. You need a high speech usually to succeed and i saved everytime before i talked to them.

*NOTICE* Use the childs outfit for his shirt it looks like krueger shit. To abtain it find an armor stronger then the child out fit (such as combat armor, leather armor, raider armor etc.) pickpocket the kid with the outfit that looks like freddy kruegers exit the area (just exit at some door for a loading screen no need to get very far) then go back to the area repickpocket and you'll abtain the shirt, notice how the kid wears the armor.

right i had the same idea with the freddy kruger thing but what you should do is wa i done which is yes ghoul mask yes death claw gauntlet you just need a prewar hat and then go to cantenbury commons reverse pickpocket the little boy there giv him like pre war spring wear not armour then leave go to the other side of the map then enter a buildin then leave go back to cantenbury commons and pickpocket the boy and you should get his outfit which looks like the freddy kruger outfit lol :P XD

for the quest between tennpenny and the ghoul roy phillps basically kill all the residents and security and tennpenny then go see him and he'll give it to you :P there are other ways but thats the easiest

no reverse pickpocketing is when you would get a piece of cothing with a better DR than what the person is waring. then pickpocket them and give them that piece of clothging, then exit the place and come back later and they will be whering that. then you can pickpocket them and take their original clothes.
