Does anyone else notice how this whole game was a story that Rosalina told? If you get the greenstar ending, rosalina closes a book after the credits, and the main cutscenes throughout the game are blured on the top and bottom and flip like a book

The one thing that disappointed me in New Super Mario Bros Wii was that it didn't have an "epic final level" as such. Aside from the fight with Bowser (which was awesome) it was just like any old castle stage.

Not so in this game. Here, getting to the final boss was just as satisfying as the fight itself. And this music... best final level theme ever.

You know, this music fits the level really well. You wouldn't think it would, but then you see the level itself and see how it all just works in harmony. The Lumas are cheering you on, it's about to end, you're bravely pushing through, preparing to defeat Bowser. Got me through the level, alongside the Lumas' cheering and Yoshi waving to me whil I climbed up the flagpole.

You know what nintendo need do develop? Super Mario Bros. 4!!! It should feature a darker story like twilight princess, feature refreshing new gameplay, along with the tradition platformer. The game should include new power-ups, new enemies, new worlds like a Las Vegas/ Carnival theme world, and cooler bosses. Lastly the engine should be done with hand-drawn graphics to make it resemble classic Mario. Nintendo make it happen!!! Anyone else agrees with me?

Super Mario Galaxy is the only game that, in almost every level, made me say "This is a really good song!"

Sure, other games have awesome music too, but this is the only game that I actually acknowledged that I really like the music, while playing the game.

The greatest thing about that? It really gets you pumped up, and it adapts you to the atmosphere that you're playing in.
