Sabjimata means mother of vegetables. But why did you choose that name? Is is cold? why are you wearing that cap? I always thought dhokla was made from gram flour (garbanzo bean flour) or whole soaked gram (garbanzo). Nice recipe though, looks pretty.
Hillarious. I think that if you had not put all that yoghurt in last minute just before steaming, it would have become softer, my opinion. Although being honest, you were better with it than me :-P I usually screw this dish up. Thanks for the instruction though. BTW, the modern diet industry would be flummoxed at your use of all that ghee, they have lately been coming down on dairy fat badly and here you are using so much of it... lol. But you are funny.
