I love Tammy movies, I seen the last two with my mom yesterday and just had to see this one. Thanks so much for posting it.

All three movies are on one DVD collection now, although I have only seen this Tammy and it makes me slightly worry how good the others are because I love this one so much.

Like I said this was the first time I seen the movie and I loved it.

My favorite part..... when Tammy is telling the story to all the people in the mansion with her sweet southern backwoods accent and all the people are in love with her innocent voice and wonderful story.

Then someone asks her are you a relation to the family and Tammy says....

"no I'm just staying here until grandpa gets out of jail"

hehehe!!! I laughed so loud I screamed...

I saw this movie yesterday for the first time on a classic tv station I had never seen it before.

I don't know when I have smiled so much and had tears so much in any other movie.

It was wonderful and I loved it so much ,I came here to youtube to look it up.

I want to look and find all her Tammy movies and see them all now.

I want to get the DVD for this movie if their is one...I hope.

Yes, I laugh and I cry, and I feel that Debbie singing TAMMY is one of those things that will live forever. I love nice things, I love beautiful stories and music, and I wonder...why everything changes so much!!-but, we always have this films, this music to "dream"...to be happy- Thank God!!- Carlos

@jenniferTex15 I did the EXACT same thing! The station is TCM (Turner Classic Movies) and it has made me HOOKED onto TCM it was my first classic romance movie and by far my all time favorite!

I should also add the DVD is by Universal so I would imagine you could order it just about anywhere that sells DVDs.

FYI: Amazon sells this on DVD for 15 dollars. Its a triple feature that also includes Tammy Tell Me True and Tammy and the Doctor with Sandra Dee. That's the entire trilogy prior to the TV show.

This is a classic movie filmed in the

1950's. It holds good moral values which are not seen much today. Our school system in America removed prayer in 1962, the year that I was born. This movie reflects much of how life was in America during 1950's. I am afraid that I will never see the pleasant times that I had growing up in the 1960's. Thanks for posting this movie and enjoyed a look back at better times.

Okay, let me just say THANK YOU! This is one of my favorite movies of all time! I saw it for the first time a few years ago and since, I have looked all over for a copy of it. Barnes and Noble even told me it wasn't put on DVD yet. Well once again thank you, this movie is sooo good for those who love the classics.
