It's been different with aic having a new singer but Duvall is really good and they all have said in interviews that they aren't replacing Layne because he isn't replaceable.and they obviously still miss him because they still call him a brother.I'm glad they are still going though

I'm sorry, but he really doesn't sound that much like Layne, and Jerry Cantrell is the only original member. They really should just change the name of the band. In my opinion no one should take Layne's shoes. I mean I know that bands do go on with out their lead singers sometimes, but I really just don't see this as right. It's not even the same band anymore.

it's actually enough of talking bad about the band like it is in the present. I think most of the fans wouldn't prefer that the band would never get back together. that would be such a waste! every musician has to go on and duvall is making a great job, I like him. he's no staley and he isn't trying to replace him...get over it! and those who don't enjoy the new music they're making, there are still plenty of older albums to listen to :)

Read my post a few down. The canibalism is most likley metaphor for unconstructive criticism or something of that nature. The key to the meaning of the video is in the card invitation which reads10:23 corinthians drive--a bible verse. "Everything is permissable but not everything is beneficial. everything is permissable but not everything is constructive." The passage was in reference to weather it was lawful or moral to eat food that was offered to idols.

I have to disagree- check my brain video was a failure in my book, I think they nailed it with this one. It is all metaphorical, you read into it what you may. It represents temptations in life, and the consequences of your "your decisions" to partake in them. Subtile hints in the video, with the guys coming to realization the balance of the two. Jerry never fails to impress.
