I used to dance 4 this hula hālau........it was so much fun....started wen i was in 5th grade 2008 till i got into 6th grade 2009....i miss dancing hula...Im gonna say this right now....I love the teacher that teaches them to hula which will be AUNTY KAPU MY BROTHER & SISTER AUNTY....I LOVE YOU AUNTY KAPU!!!!!!!!

I love this Festival. Wish I could one day see it live. I have videos of 1994 and 2000 Merrie Monarch Festivals. They get better every year!
