In the manga this is probably different although the actual manga is collorless( black white) the covers have collor and on the covers Nana(the girl who calls him papa ) has purple hair and Mariko (that person daughter with 25 vecs or something ) blond hair and lucy/nyuu has pink hair like in the anime.

you are right except for 1 thing Nana is not the biological daughter of the one

she calls "papa"(Kurama). Mariko is Kurama's biological daughter. If I am correct Nana's sister(number 3) is the "mother" of Mariko therefor lucy is Mariko's grandmother and Nana her aunt! :) But i'm not 100% sure if Nana and #3 are really sisters.
