  • mine still won't work :(

  • This may sound like a silly question, but I am only 11. I followed everything, and I don't think I have a Bluetooth on my PC because it says 'No devices found.' But, I do have a USB cord as well as a memory chip. Any advice?

  • @HarunaSaotome99 I do not think your question is silly. Your computer might not have bluetooth. Not all PCs do. But if it has a USB port, you should be able to use your cable to transfer pictures (and more) just as well. You may or may not need additional software, depending upon your operating system's features.

  • @jchanticleer Thanks. Can you tell me if I may be doing this right? I put in the memory card. It is 4GB memory card, it says "Memory card is inserted. Default storage location is changed from device to memory card." Then I put my phone on the USB cord connected to my computer and then it says "USB Mass Storage. Connected as Mass Storage Mode." and has a optional cancel button. I wait awhile or so, take the memory card out and put it in the SanDisk Adapter. I put the SanDisk Adapter

  • @HarunaSaotome99 into my SanDisk ImageMate 5 in 1 Reader, with the Reader's cord connected to my computer and a folder comes up and all it says is.. "E:\" which is the folder. And inside that folder is a folder called "Games & Applications" if you click that folder, it is empty inside. It isn't converting my pictures. Any idea?

  • @HarunaSaotome99 I have a 1GB SD card in my phone, but I don't move it back and forth from phone to PC. I just leave it in my phone, let it act as extra storage space. I *think* you should be able to use cable to connect PC to phone, then from your computer browse the phone as if it were a disk drive. Not sure which OS you are using (Windows? Mac? Linux?), so hard to guess specifics.

  • @jchanticleer I have a Samsung SyncMaster712n - Windows. (Windows XP) I have tried to leave the 4GB SD card in my phone and hook it up to my PC with the USB Cord, and it does nothing but say "USB Mass Storage. Connected As Mass Storage Mode." And it has the icon with arrows circling around it, and it just does that over and over. And as I said before, when I hook it up to my SD Reader, a folder comes up, empty. And it probably should~ have the picture in that. Yes or No? Cause I am dunno.

  • @HarunaSaotome99 Although I have a USB cable, I'm on a Mac, so I can't test and see what you will most likely see. Sorry about that. For what it's worth, on my 1GB SD card, the camera stores pictures under the "Graphics" folder, not the "Games & Applications" folder.

  • @jchanticleer Oh. It is okay. And yea, I know it should~ be in Graphics. That is the thing. I know it should, but it shows up Games & Applications." Weird..

  • @jchanticleer Wait, I wanna remark that. I just retried and it now has the folders "Games & Applications" "Graphics" and "MTP" but in Graphics it is blank. Any clue now?

  • Hi, everytime I try to send via bluetooth. It always says fail to connect

  • @amsblog fail to send

  • how do you send a video it wont let me it sead "this item can not be forwarded" and help?

  • How can i listen to my music via a bluetooth headset?

  • @morrish0926 not much to it, really. Pair up your bluetooth headset with your LG Xenon phone, then use the music player software. It'll automatically use the headset connection.

  • how do u download games, cause everytime i download a java game thats compatible with the xenon (jad, jar) when i click the file on the cellphone nothing happens...and wont install help ?

  • I haven't installed any games, but I've installed other Java midlets (Google Maps, ReadManiac, etc.) successfully by doing the following: d/l the java midlet on my computer, transfer it to my phone's memory card. Go through the organizer, "My Stuff", "More", "other files" and then clicking on the .jar file. It goes through a little install process, and then the program appears in My Applications folders.

  • thanks for the video. it helped a lot but the only thing is that i dont want to send it to another phone i want to send the pics to my computer. how do i get a device for the computer?

  • You're welcome. Just to make sure I understand what you're asking-- you're trying to send pictures from your LG Xenon to your computer, right?

  • me i want to lnoe how to send them on my computer whit mu usb device.... can you awnser or ist a mistery?XD

  • I'm sorry, but I don't have a USB device/connector cable for my phone, so I don't know how to help you.

  • @jchanticleer Hey man, would I get charged money for sending and recieving pictures?

  • @manikaran007 It depends on HOW you are sending/receiving. If you are sending and receiving pictures between your phone and your computer using Bluetooth, then you should *not* be charged for that. If you are using your phone provider's network data connection to send/receive pictures (via email, etc.) then you will be charged and/or use your data quota. Make sense?

  • Good! This video shows exactly how to do that. Hope you like it.

  • do you know how to send videos to your email?? it wont let me send a video at all it says file too large or somthing..

  • Sorry, I've never had a reason to try sending videos to my email. What happens if you make a really short test video (like just 5 seconds) and try to send it? Maybe your email limits the size of attachments?

  • same here dude

  • You're trying to transfer music between 2 Bluetooth-enabled phones? That's more complicated, but I can transfer mp3 files from my iBook to my LG Xenon, so it *could* work.

What file formats-- mp3? AAC? Something else?

Are the files licensed/protected (you know, DRM)?

Were you trying to browse your friend's phone, or was he sending files to you?

I'd like to help, but need as many specific details as you can give me to even try. :)

  • how do you recieve music using bluetooth cause my friend got wat he wanted on his phone from my phone but i cant get it from his

  • So you can bluetooth it to your computer?

  • Yes, you can send pictures from your LG Xenon to your Bluetooth-enabled computer.
