@tyrakyl At the time that I did this, my upper body was really strong. My lower body was tiny. In this video I am 130lbs so that is why I can do it for 13 seconds. If I was heavier probably not.

For me to do this, it took me practice I started trying to do them 2 years before this video.

My upper body strength was this at 130lbs.

~70 push ups in a row

~20 wide grip chin ups

I was able to bench 225 lbs for 1-2 reps.

It really helps you do do a flag pole when you are strong. You need a strong grip
