out of fear I would not try to contact my spirit guides. I didn't want to let the wrong ones in and not have the power to be able to fighrt them off. Now I feel there is a need with the way the world is going to egt closer to th egrewat infinite so I am searching......
Telepathy works if anyone wants to talk to their guides or soulmate friends.
It works anytime but is hard to hear when their is a lot of noise or distractions. The best times are at night when we are lying in bed to sleep or right after we wake up. They are always listening and watching over us so we can talk to them and they'll hear us. When they reply, it is not a loud,booming voice. It is hard to hear unless you can keep your thoughts silent. Be patient and don't force anything.
@AstroMen2911 well not when you die. But when your one the other side and one of your loved ones decides to reincarnate they ask us to be their spirit guides because they trust us :)
@sailorchibimoon1665 basicly to meditate, get comfortable, realx your mind and "watch" your thought flow thro your mind, at some point you will focus on the part of your mind that recives thoughts,There are many many ways to meditate, I would suggeste find your own way or a way that feels best to you
