phil needs a beak trim. If trimmed regular and shows accelerated growth phil needs to be checked for liver disease. I have a keet that needs beak trimmed every 3 weeks, nails three times a month due to liver disease. He is coping, he is happy and full of P & V. I know his life has been shortened by I make sure he has the best one ever.
@wingmagic I have already stated before in this video that he had it cut regular, it was cut not long after this video was taken. Phil sadly died in January 2010.

@baljinder55 thats not true. He only needs another budgie friend if his human friend doesn't have much time for him and judging on the fact that this budgie is talking, i'd say his human friend spends enough time with him.

No he's definately a male. He's always had a blue cere for 4 years until about the last year or so. It's changed colour slightly as he's older now.
