For true anarchy to exist there needs to be a paradigm shift, a measurable change in the understanding of reason, and it's application. One tyrant can collapse the existence of anarchy as anarchy is without heirarchy, imposition, something that theoretically any single person can contradict. @gripmylength Being an active member of a working group can be defined simply as becoming involved in that group's events. If you are part of the Caretaking team and you say you'll clean x, y, and z, then it can be seen as to whether or not someone did very easily, likewise if someone did not.

In relation to how previous involvement may help, then it'd be based on whether or not a deemed trustworthy source could testify on your behalf.

In relation to your second point, Tranquility don't need to bring banning a violent person to the GA, the NO VIOLENCE consensus sorts out that issue.

Here at the Bank Of Ideas we use a consensus process where decisions are decided upon by the group. As the bank is intended to be a working environment not specifically a residential environment it has consensuses such as all residents must be an active member of a working group; Dom was not. All residents should attend the 'Closing Circle' each night; Dom did not. On the basis of repeated refusal whilst aware of these, he was asked to leave. He did not. Not a trial, just a group understanding
