My grandfather thought my grandma sung this song when hy pikked her up ad their first date in 1940. But she was playing a record. They fell in love. had 6 kids, he died 25 years ago and she died last year 2009. We played this song at her funeral. Everytime I get tears.

Great war movie. Makes one feel that indeed there are no enemies. Just human beings in opposite sides of the fence. The song is simply most beautiful. Imortal !
