@haczu86 Teams get hot down the stretch. Alot of teams make the playoffs.No because the season will end too soon. If that's the case, the NBA wouldn't make much money. Although 50% of the team makes the playoff, that makes it more competitive. Think about it, if only 4 teams from each conference make the playoffs, the %70 of the teams wouldn't play as hard and competitive because, they know there not making the playoffs. They don't have a chance to compete for the championship.

More teams, better the competition. I think 16 teams are just right. I would prefer top 16 teams making the playoffs not 8 teams from each conference. But to say that regular season doesnt matter just goes to show how much you actually know about sports
