Hey Fram, why is it that the ToughGuard filter has 99% SPE and the more expensive XtendedGuard has 97% SPE? It comes across to me, the consumer, that the more expensive XtendedGuard filter with only 1% better SPE than the ExtraGuard filter doesn't make any sense.

@Ckevinh yup, but I think they have the kind of setup that allows them to remove the filter medium from the reusable metal can. They can visually inspect the filter medium before its actually placed in the can and installed on the engine. But you're right, Fram needs to step up their product quality if they want car enthusiasts to use their products.
