hey i have a 350 auto it has the same ignition system as the 330 and my dad has replaced the coil in it 2 times and ive red tht they r nitorius for not having spark

that 360 is one hell of a saw they are notorious for rotted carb boots

i have a 330. it is an okay saw except for the cheap plastic starter pulley. the worm gear that the starter ratchet rides on is so soft that it totally disintegrates after a few uses. i've had this saw since it was new and used to buy pulleys 3 at a time. not a hard fix but now they are hard to find. i use my dad's husky or my grandmother's stihl 036 pro now.  the husky is nice and the 036 is like the mercedes benz of chainsaws compared to a 330.

that spark boot thing is cool and all, but you cant check for spark. not very good thinking one homelites design. works good on paper/computor, but not in real life

that is cool easy to change too but like you said its hard to check for spark they should have a small wire and the coil outside
