@letitgrow11 it funny because a lot of musicians/artists use phrases like that. its because we stop ourselves when we really could talk at great lengths about the life our creation has taken on. but stop ourselves. 'or whatever' = ∞
i saw him in nottingham and i have to say the caribou's albums are wonderful but it's only a studio project - in live shows most stuff goes from computer, but yeah, double drumming is cool
I went to his show in Toronto, it was wicked with him drumming along side the main drummer. The beats were massive!@ The crowd sucked though, I hate hecklers who think they know how to mix songs
That's funny because that is the exact same software I have been using for a long time. I want to learn Logic though. Pro Tools sucks cause they are trying to monopolize the recording industry.
Genius. I haven't heard much of Caribou, but Andorra is a masterpiece pop album (though I hear this is as good as it gets) and it is very interesting to see a glimpse of such talent.
for those who are wondering cuz i know i was until i found it, that track by lothar and the hand people is - 'Lothar And The Hand People - Yes, I Love You' album is 'This Is It, Machines'

@caribousteve I clicked on a Grizzly Bear vs. Caribou vid a few minutes ago and it was a nature clip. So I guess were even, Steven. :)

Saw Caribou at Doug Fir in Portland. 4/21/08. Fucking awesome.
Todesmilch 3 years ago
I saw him last night (16th May 08) in Birmingham UK. It was a 400-500 capacity venue with only around 20 people there.
