Filling up scuba tanks

hi i have just bought my scuba tanks can i fill them with air at a gas station? you know there the fill the wheels with air?

you may be able to fill them if you'll find a way to adapt a connection between the two, but you would probably not be able to fill it up to a pressure you could dive with (200 atm, or ~3000 psi)
