Is buffering a problem? (english subtitles)

I got this problem in my second location where I got an unstable adsl (6Mbit) , youtube must be sencing my connection wrongly. I dont have any problem in my first location tho (100Mbit cable)

Han ville verte hugsa som ein tøff rockar. Noko han sannsynlegvis vil lykkast med. Men det var eigentleg ikkje noko stort tap, då trioen kom opp med genistreken "Uti Vår Hage".
