I loved this video. I am not so familiar with this person's work. That said, I am familiar with his poem "Empty Boat," which is one of my favorite readings on what it means to be truly empty.
Do not listen with the ears, nor with the mind, but listen with the vital breath! It is such pure wisdom, I love it. In this state of awareness, observe without disturbing. The Tao and the Gita both speak of this "witnessing" of life, non-doership. The Gita speaks of the Gunas as being the doers.
Thank you very much. This is a wonderful starting point for meditation.
