  • ok ok now my nose is bleeding...wow...

  • @rickseraf---I remember she had a special on NBC on January 1, 1968 and I am wondering if it is a re-run of the special you reference. I do remember it being broadcast on the 1st day of 1968 ( I remember all these worthless trivial parts of my life, especially from the 60's) so this show might be the same one you mentioned.

  • Julie London was just pure class. I am trying to buy more of her newly released re-mastered Japanese pressing CD's....the sound is unbelievable. Talky about SULTRY.

  • November 17, 1965: "Julie: Somthing Special" aired on WGN-TV in Chicago. Repeated on the NBC network February 13, 1967.

  • Not bad. Who's the girl singing with Don Bagly?

  • when was this taped?

  • That bass player has GOT to be the coolest man alive. I'm a Kinsey 6 on the gay side of the scale, but I would have hit the floor in the first six seconds. No doubt.

  • To quote a friend "How the hell, in the presence of Julie London's weapons-grade mojo, does this guy keep playing the bass?!"

  • @graceisasalmon ur friend makes a very valid point

  • @graceisasalmon He's dreaming about playing bass, but just at a another point...if you know what I mean.

  • @graceisasalmon I have to agree with your friend , haha!

  • @graceisasalmon guess he knows his bassline through and trhough :D (it's the same as in another video ;) )

  • Don Bagley it is, they were doing this routine around the time of her 1964 live album Julie London In Person.

  • Real Class - thanks for posting Superb!

  • It's OK I found out itis Don Bagley.

  • What a pity the Bass player is'nt named.

  • @apensini His name is Don Bagley.

  • Oh man, she had it ALL . . .
