Ive suffered with depression and self harm since I was a teen and am now 27. It has shown me that it is never worth giving in as you hurt too many people. Thank you for thr tribuute. You are a special person.

i agree i have been the same i have suffered from depression for many years and i know what you saying there were times in my life not anymore but there were times when it crossed my mind. But there is so much more life to live its so sad that Mark couldnt find it...as i have said before i hope he is a better place where he doesnt need to suffer anymore..rip
