Seems to me that it is (according to Pat Murphy's book anyway). But the guy who taught us this dance showed it the way we dance in the clip.
Anyway, this is quite an old video (I mean I hope we dance a bit better now) and now I think there're some little details like the one you mentioned might be changed or improved.
Isn't the "Jump kick" supposed to be done in waltz hold ?

No problem with the dancing. That figure was neatly done.
It was just that I had never seen anyone doing the jump kick that way :-)
