Communism on a micro, voluntary scale is perfect for such a society, as the idealism of its members will keep it sustained for that same generation. There wouldn't be much of a need to rise above social classes, and effort/progress would be for the greater good. Their kids' generation, maybe, maybe not.

Such models have existed throughout history.

But such ideals would never have a remote chance of success on a macrocivilization.
