@breakkfastman1573 This bass has low action and I use thin strings so its great for shredding. When you play it gently it has a nice mellow sound to it so you can play melodic stuff well too. It's not my favorite for slapping, because of the low action and narrowish string spacing. For that I use my 4 string Yamaha mor often.
