@weldergrod thanks! there is actually no whammy on that part at all, i didnt even use the whammy the first time through my hand just rested on it.... there is no whammy used in that part... its just a pinch harmonic with a vibrato.

@michsurfer I switch to the clean channel for the video... but the Tremonti guitar also has 2 separate volume knobs for each pickup... roll the knob down and it sounds clean even on the dirty channel

@ruassmarkt its called a "pinch harmonic." you should be able to find videos on here how to do it, basically you let the tip of your finger (thumb or index) hit the string just after the pick does, it makes this sound. you sort of "pinch" the string if that makes sense, hope that helps!
