Where did you get the picture at the 2:40 mark? That is Auburn University midshipmen doing the annual remembrance ceremony, one I was a part of for my four years there. Too cool!
absolutely beautiful our toops, sailorsand, airmen work day and night to keep this country safe and i appreciate every little thing they do. they put there life on the line everyday and i thank them for there work and effort to do what the do everyday .....THANKS US MILLITARY ...and there families
How many of those pictures did you capture yourself? I had an ISC who was our ship's snoopy team when I was serving in Yoko. You did an amazing job, IS1. I wish you and your shipmates fair winds and following seas.
I think this is the best US Navy tribute on youtube. Thank you very much for making it. My brother is currently in BUD/S and my other brother recently graduated Marine OCS, and will be heading off to flight school shortly. I cannot wait to go to Navy OCS and become a SWO (Surface Warfare Officer). Thanks again! Awesome video!
Currently serving in USN, love the video. Love being a sailor, and I am proud to stand the watch over America. We standby, rough, ready, and alert, to bring all our military to bear on any threat, anywhere, anytime.
people dont give the navy enough credit...they fail to notice the stress we go through being on a frigate(my ship) for months on end....seein nothing but water for weeks at a time. waiting weeks for a letter from our wives just to find out they want a divorce...missing our first childs birth...things like this. show some love people our sailors sacrifice quite a bit to keep our borders safe

OMG.I don't know if I want to join the navy or start up a ranch. :/ I plan on going to college and becoming a wildlife officer to start a ranch but the navy is just so AMAZING!
I'm glad your enjoying your time, take lots of pictures because the time goes fast and you will be surprised how easy it is to forget all of the cool things you got to be a part of.
@keller747 So True!! I just retired in 2008 after 20 years in the Seabees. So many humanitarian missions all over the world. I truely miss it. I was in Africa for almost 7 months on my last deployment and took over 3000 photos! Digital cameras made it possible.
@keller747 Must have been some experience. My dad has tried to sail with the large Carrying ships of U. S Navy. Mine ships. Inspections ships and now the Second in command at the Royal yacht 1 brigade.
I am in the United States Navy's delayed entry program. I leave for basic feb. 22 2011 and this video made me even more proud to be a part of the greatest navy in the world! I am 18 years old and I walk every day with pride knowing that I am going forth to defend the freedom of those I love! Thank You for posting this video I loved it
