Hi New to photoshop trying to do your lightning but when i do the lines running down they have a flashing line around them, how do i get rid of that??

A flashing line? Are you talking about a dotted line that runs around your selection? If so this is normal. It will not be in the finished product.

Id have to tinker around a bit. Should not be to hard. Ill look into it when i get photoshop reinstalled. Had to do a clean reformat.
